To do a great job takes a great team! I've done quite the journey within Terramover and LBS. I started off as a machine operator and worked my way up to beeing Business area manager. I think that this experience helps me a lot in the role as manager. I know what it is like to work on site, away from home and how the conditions can differ from every project. This gives me the right set of skills to adopt my leadership when needed.
