Our Engineering team needs to grow with electric power engineers! You alternate between strategic and operational work but have your team with other technical specialists. You thrive in a dynamic environment, are quick to think and like to drive projects from idea to finished system.

Our projects include technically complex energy storage projects, from design, procurement and contract to installation, commissioning and handover, as well as projects within electricity networks, stations and switchgear, including new and reconstruction of 10–400 kV facilities. Depending on your interest and knowledge, you may work in all these areas or contribute with your specialist expertise.
Job Responsibilities
- Ongoing work within energy storage or power grid projects.
- Identify and minimize technical risks through proactive problem solving.
- Participate, follow up and report project results to internal and external stakeholders regularly.
- Actively participates on site together with colleagues from other parts of the business to carry out various project elements.
- Contribute to business development by developing the project process to optimize the flow.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical project management in electric power, energy systems or industry.
- Good understanding of high-voltage plants, switchgear or large-scale energy storage solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methods and experience in using modern project management tools. An interest in continuing learning.
- Documented experience of having managed to manage parallel detailed processes.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Merit: Academic degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering or equivalent.
Personal qualities
- Self-motivated. The project support needs to have good ability to plan and organize their own and others' work.
- Analytical.
- Excellent communication skills in internal and external contexts. This is crucial for building long-term relationships.
